I thought wisdom came with age. Apparently Diane Feinstein didn't take her wisdom pill the day she verified a U.S. Intelligence secret- that being that the U.S. uses a Pakistani base for armed drone missions into Northern Pakistan. Feinstein is the Chairwoman of the Senate Intelligence Committee. Keyword, "Intelligence"... She needs to acquire some. Can my grandma be the next Chairperson?
Unable to stomach all of the Tom-foolery coming out of the White House, Judd Gregg tells Obama "enough", primarily, as inside reports tell, because of the White House's over-reaching power grab for more control over the Census. At least SOMEONE who was going to be in the White House has some principle.
Barry is hard at work- full steam ahead!
Two stupid things for us this time:
1. After Daschle withdraws on his own due to tax problems, Obama says there can't be a perception of two sets of rules, one for the elite, and one for regular Americans. One- elite? How foolish. Two- he then went through with his appointment of Timmy Geithner, who had the same tax problems.
2. "There are no earmarks in this bill" --- Barry, you for real? Serious? You think earmarks and pork are different, and that Americans who are concerned about it are fooled by your semantics? I guess it depends on what the definition of the word "is" is...
