Obama is not wrong in admitting his errors (or folly). Perhaps he should be penalising only those self-serving CEOs.

The way I see it, if Obama imposes 1% extra tax on import of luxury goods a lot of money can be temporarily raised for the poor, and to help ppl keep their homes longer.

There are other things Obama has failed to look into, despite my attempts to contact him on Twitter.com lol

But as you know, majority of the USA did not vote Dr. Ron Paul. People have to bear some responsibility for their choices!

Obamessiah will make all things new. We mustn't think He has failed or He is inexperienced. We must remember He can change His mind as His will requires to fulfill His plans.

Praise Obama!

That's what happen when the people voted for an "American Idol" star. He's made by the media, he'll live on the media, and soon, he'll succumb to the media.

Hopped over here from Twitter...I didn't vote for Obama, but was HOPEful anyway, and am nervous now myself. Did you see the talk he when with his Democratic cronies tonight? They aired it on FOX and he simply didn't sound Presidential, emphasizing how he was handed this mess with a red ribbon around it...even if true, it's just not the way a mature President should talk...he didn't have to take on the Presidency, to late to whine now...oh, click my name and stop by and view my "apologies" post, have all 5 so far in one post. And to think it's only been 2 weeks. HOPEing for better days ahead...all for leaving the current economic situation alone and letting it right itself, even if the process is painful. We should bear the consequences of our own decisions, not our children.

nice article, but those CEO's should be ashamed. if they run a company that's in the red, then II'm going to sue them for my money back that they stole. There has to be some regulation on them for accepting the money. They cannot have lavish parties in Vegas, give themselves bonuses when their company's suck, and not be accountable for OUR money.

I wonder if I will get PR for suing some of them. It's still my money at the end of the day. I worked for it; I earned it. They drove their companies into the ground. Why should they get one penny of my money? I think if they have a failure year they should be $0 salary and $0 bonuses. Everyone always whines "oh but we have to pay them b/c other CEO's get that and if we don't pay we won't get a good CEO" - is that a GOOD CEO who runs your company into the red? Aren't they ashamed? There has to be a special circle in hell for them.
