APOLOGY NOT!

Either President Obama is incapable of making an apology or he doesn't think it's politically expedient. Obama has said both men over-reacted and it was a teaching moment.

That's a good face-saving stance for Professor Gates, friend of Obama, but not the words Crowley and cops all over the nation want to hear. This is post-racial America, Mr. Obama, and believe it or not some things have changed in some places. It seems that Cambridge is one of those places.

Too bad you are not man enough, or president enough to give the Cambridge police their due. The most telling and interesting element of this entire incident was your quick rush to judgment, Mr. Obama. It places you in a bad light.

PROFESSOR VS. COP

My take of the arrested, black Harvard Professor, Henry Louis Gates, by a well-respected cop who taught racial profiling classes is more psychological.

I believe Prof. Gates was suffering from a case of "racial retroflex" ignited by the feelings of empowerment he felt at having a friend in the White House.

Often power is converted to aggression instead of common sense. In short the little Harvard dude was experiencing "black power" issues that got out of control.

President Obama made a mistake in commenting when he was not aware of all the facts and when the Professor was a friend of his. That made him biased. Obama relied on the "white stereotype" of the racist cop which is disturbing. Somehow it's alright for Blacks to use stereotypes but not for Whites. That's something of a double standard.

Mr. Obama should be looking to the future instead of dwelling on the past. On TV we see Obama visiting Africa and retracing the steps of slaves. He speaks of the "black experience" as televised by Soledad O'Brien of CNN. President Obama is definitely a man who stands with one foot in the past, unable to let go of stereotypes and past grievances. At the same time he is willing to jump on the "blame the white guy" bandwagon as he just exemplified.

Perhaps President Obama needs some sensitivity classes. It must be difficult to maintain two personas, one the centrist and the other the cool black dude righting social wrongs. His health care bill shows us he is anything but a centrist.

Is there any doubt Reverend Wright's weekly tirades against the white man and the white extablishment influenced Mr. Obama? You decide.

What I do know is that Soledad O'Brien needs to do a special on "White in America." I'd like to explain how watching blacks grow as a people has influenced and touched me personally. I'd like to explain how "black empowerment" teaching has often resulted in black aggression.

I'd like to tell Soledad about the "pink eye" I got twice at the office from a young black woman backed by a union and affirmative action. She was a drug addict but they couldn't fire her because of her race.

Yes, Soledad, there are two sides to every story and so far you've only told one side. Blacks are growing socially, economically and educationally but they still have a long way to go. Although Obama is trying he cannot "legislate" them into perfect equality so he is trying to level the economic playing field.

Their "growing pains" are America's growing pains and the struggle is often ugly. Sometimes it seems we don't even speak the same language. You know it's English but you just can't understand and these are people who are born here.

Once I heard a conversation between two young black women in the hall outside paternity court. One told the other she had decided to have one more child (sans husband). Then the government would give her "X" amount of dollars and she would have just enough to live on comfortably. I felt both angry and sad.

JULY 20, 2009-IT'S ABOUT ME

President Obama just spoke to us on television about healthcare. He told us, paraphrasing, "They just told me people say if they can beat me on health care they can break me. People, it's not about me. It's about your health care."

Well, Mr. President, you just made it about you, didn't you? Your statement was a call to arms to your faithful to defend you on health care and you didn't add a single reason to support your program because you don't have one.

In short you said "They're out to get me, to break me, and I want you to rally around me." To me this smacks of racism because all your followers call anyone who doesn't agree with you racists. The insinuation here is "the racists" are out to get me because I'm black.

Well, President Obama, you've used the race card one too many times. I don't give a damn what color you are, your health care bill stinks. Even the CBO-Congressional Budget Office says it won't reduce costs and will add to our financial woes and the CBO is non-partisan.

No one is out to get you, President Obama. Well, there are always a few nuts out there, but most of us don't care what color you are. Only the liberals dwell on your race because they get to pat themselves on the back and tell one another what open-minded, progressive, tolerant people they are. They can't get enough of looking down their noses at those they consider racists and making fun of them. They wear your color like a badge of honor.

Like the rest of the nation I was proud to see a black man ascend to the highest office in the land but I will fight you, just as I did Bush, when you are wrong and try to push this country in the wrong direction.

Because of Bush this nation, as a whole, is watching and scrutinizing. We are more careful, less trusting and many of us are angry at what politicains have done to us ECONOMICALLY AND GLOBALLY. You are under the microscope because of what you are doing, not what color you are, SO GET OVER IT.

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT --

Your current president, Barack Obama, is left-handed. Five of the last seven presidents have been left-handed and lefties have an above average quota of being high achievers.

Left-handedness is more common in males and older mothers are more likely to have left-handed children.

Ninety (90) to ninety-three (93) percent of adults are right-handed. Seven(7) to ten (10) percent of the population is left-handed and the number is said to be rising.

It occurs to me that the homosexual population in our country has approximately the same set of stats. I don't know if the homosexual population in our country is rising but if it were does that mean we will eventually be a country of left-handed homosexuals?

GREEN PROPAGANDA

Obama's Green Propaganda has already started. Hyundai wants you to know "we're looking out for you," in one add for its hybrid. In another Hyundai says, "we're all in this together" as they push their car.

Home Depot is on the Green bandwagon too. They want you to get rid of that old refrigerator and replace it with a new CO2 reducing model.

I bet we're going to see lots more of these "Green Adds" before cap and trade comes to a vote in the Senate. The House of Representatives passed Cap and Trade on a narrow margin and now it's up to our not so smart, heavily lobbied senators to decide the issue.

Will our senators stand with the people and refuse to levy this huge punitive tax on the people of this nation? How high do you think your gas/electric bills will go? Do you understand you'll pay for "those who can't pay" just as your doing with health care now when "illegal aliens" get it for free in the ER.

It's really all our fault. We're trying to save money but the world needs us to spend so we can continue to be "conspicuous consumers" for world trade. How dare we tighten up our pocket books when the world needs us.

Meanwhile, Obama will continue to lead us to his Green Bandwagon where "we can work together" to save the world one car, one refrigerator, one solar panel at a time. Wait -- solar panels are too costly for the average homeowner, aren't they? I guess they'll develop something else for we poor folk. Whatever they develop it will cost more than what we're used to paying.

Get ready and watch the adds. They'll tell you how Obama's propaganda is going and who wants your "Green Business." The energy-climate change bill is what Obama has chosen to rally his troops as a nation. C'mon folks. Saving the world is a good thing. So what if "global warming" is a crock, a lie and a scam. Obama needs you to continue believing in him and say, "Si se puede."

Oh, and by the way -- the illegal aliens in our country consider Obama's health care bill theirs -- made just for them and they are all supporting it. What does that tell you?

And while I'm at it, my government is still sending Social Security checks to dead people. Do you really think I want "My Government" to control healthcare?

My Government is still keeping our borders open for terrorists and illegal aliens and making me pay for it in more ways than one 1) welfare costs 2) crime 3) identity theft 4) drugs 5) human trafficking.

My Government is not to be trusted. It lies to me from its highest office, the presidency, and will not listen.

My Government conducts itself in a slip-shod manner disrespectful of its citizens by inserting pork in bills, adding amendments at the 11th hour, creating huge bills that can't be read before a vote is taken, taking breaks and going on overseas trips on the taxpayer dime, putting special interests above the needs of citizens, breaking the promise of actually closing our borders.

Bush was bad, Mr. Obama, but you are proving to be worse. I waited and held my tongue to see where you were taking us but now that I know I can't be silent. While other countries struggle for democracy you take away our choices with unprecedented power grabs that deny us liberty and limit our lives to confrom to some twisted ideal you harbor in your heart of hearts.

Obama keeps "saving and creating" jobs but I just don't see them as our unemployment rate keeps climbing to all-time highs.

Meanwhile, in the midst of a "broke country" with "broke states" like California, he keeps pushing his health reform, his green economy and his amnesty on us -- all of which will cost we taxpayers a bundle after he already promised not to tax anyone who makes less than $250,000 a year.

Well Bozo, what was that cigarette tax for? Why does my food keep going up at the grocery store? Why are you digging around looking for more items to tax? You are nothing short of a liar, Mr. Obama, and I know your Cap and Trade will not create the jobs we need to become economically healthy again. In fact C&P will put many out of business first and as your Green Machine keeps chugging along some jobs will be created, but not enough.

The jobs we need are long gone, along with our manufacturing, and it's going to be a long time before we recover, no matter what the optimists are saying. Your Green Scam is nothing more than a fraud upon the people of this country, a kind of "California Dreamin'" mentality like save the whale, or the sand mouse, or the dolphin only you have to be at the top of the drama chain. We're going to save the world as a nation, or at the very least be seen as the leader of the movement -- no matter how high you have to tax us and no matter what new laws and controls you must impose for "our own good."

Let me tell you Mr. Obama, I want you to stop "looking out for my good" because I just can't afford what it costs me. Hear that? Unlike California and this government, I know when I'm broke.

Back off, Mr. Obama. You have one job right now and that's to get this country back in shape economically and that means forcing our individual states to become solvent and stop over-spending. That means manufacturing lots of things people actually want and can afford and allowing small business to thrive. It doesn't mean putting all our eggs in the Green Basket so we can pretend to save the world from CO2. If you try to double our energy bills for gas and electric, and force those who have to pay for those who can't afford the hike, then you're going to make lots of enemies. Me, for one.

That means getting out of California Dreamin' mode and admitting our economic woes are not going to disappear without getting "our own house in order." I would write you on your own link but I just can't get through. You don't really want to hear from me, do you, and you certainly lied again when you said you would be transparent and post bills days before they were voted on.

You lie quite a bit, don't you, and I don't believe we're in a global warming stage because the earth is actually getting cooler. I think your Green Push is to reward the few over the many, your hand-picked friends like Gore, Pelosi, Goldman-Sachs and all the companies salivating at the chance for big bucks.

I think you're looking for a cause, something commendable and big to rally the nation around, only the nation isn't biting this time. Its finally dawned on us that all your speeches sound like echos of former speeches, all talk and no substance except for a few promises we hold onto until they're broken.

No wonder you have to get everything passed fast, before you are finally unveiled as what you are, a salesman with a good line, fine clothing and a truth you won't reveal: WE'RE BROKE. All the rest, especially your Green Garbage, is a diversion to keep us busy while we bottom out.

Your Greeness, if I thought for one minute your energy bill, Cap and Trade, would turn this country around I would be all for it but (1) there is no global warming (2) your bill is a diversion (3) it is the largest tax bill ever written and will control and touch me at every level of my life and (4) thinking Americans are not easy to organize no matter how pretty you speak or look.

We will be organizable when enough of us (big number) are truly desperate and hungry. Is that your plan?

Obama keeps “saving and creating” jobs but I just don’t see them as our unemployment rate keeps climbing to all-time highs.

Meanwhile, in the midst of a “broke country” with “broke states” like California, he keeps pushing his health reform, his green economy and his amnesty on us — all of which will cost we taxpayers a bundle after he already promised not to tax anyone who makes less than $250,000 a year.

The jobs we need are long gone, along with our manufacturing, and it’s going to be a long time before we recover, no matter what the optimists are saying. Your Green Scam is nothing more than a fraud upon the people of this country, a kind of “California Dreamin’” mentality like save the whale, or the sand mouse, or the dolphin only you have to be at the top of the drama chain. We’re going to save the world as a nation, or at the very least be seen as the leader of the movement — no matter how high you have to tax us and no matter what new laws and controls you must impose for “our own good.”

Let me tell you Mr. Obama, I want you to stop “looking out for my good” because I just can’t afford what it costs me. Hear that? Unlike California and this government, I know when I’m broke.

Back off, Mr. Obama. You have one job right now and that’s to get this country back in shape economically and that means forcing our individual states to become solvent and stop over-spending. That means manufacturing lots of things people actually want and can afford and allowing small business to thrive. It doesn’t mean putting all our eggs in the Green Basket so we can pretend to save the world from CO2. If you try to double our energy bills for gas and electric, and force those who have to pay for those who can’t afford the hike, then you’re going to make lots of enemies.
E-MAIL FROM HELL --

I just got an e-mail that said HR 1388 had passed and 20.3 million dollars of taxpayer money is to go to Palestinian refugees, some with ties to Hamas, to resettle in the U.S.A.

Wow! Now Obama is reconsidering releasing the pictures of interrogation that would definitely inflame hearts and minds in the middle east and increase the risk to our soldiers.

This is a huge Obama blunder. What makes it huge is that Obama allowed it to go this far and even considered it in the first place. Where was good judgment and common sense? What is wrong with my government?
