Just Talk Louder

Well, I am now convinced. Barack Obama is not just a left leaning socialist activist. He’s dangerous to the US.

The signals to Barry have been loud and clear. He has been repudiated over and over. He continues to just want to fight.

Even though he was humiliated, AGAIN, with a governmental loss which resulted after he endorsed a candidate, he continues to insist that he is going to continue down the path that has been loudly opposed, with not only vociferous town hall meeting folks, but adverse results for him and his policies at the ballot box in major races for Governor and Senate seats.

And across the nation, Democrats who would normally be in safe elections are showing poor, low numbers.

Barry’s response? “Well, if they aren’t hearing me, I will just talk LOUDER!” Barry is deaf. Full speed ahead, I guess.

Barry doesn’t want what is best for America- he wants what is best for the far left. He wants what is best for his view of how the world should be. He’s not representing Americans- he is representing his own ideology. He continues to insist that “Americans didn’t send me to Washington to blah blah blah- Americans sent me to Washington to (insert Barry’s cause du jour here)”…

I am tired of any politician who insists that EVERY platform that is on their agenda is THE reason they were sent to the office they hold. Bullshit. Obama won for a variety of reasons- some of which was a dumbed down electorate who fell for the hyperbolic rock star hype, supported by obviously racist near 100% support from blacks. But he was NOT sent to Washington because every American who voted for him supports strongly or weakly ALL of his policies. This is evidence of an arrogance that just irritates the hell out of me.

As I warned here on this blog prior to his election, this intelligent articulate child is NOT ready for prime time, and should never have been given the powers of the Presidency.

In his speech following a defeat in Massachusetts that can only be seen as a clear statement of discontent with regards to Obama’s policies, especially as they pertain to health care reform and the behind closed door process associated with it, Barry stood strident, even mockingly defiant, and insisted he will continue to fight for what the American people elected him to do. What Barry might consider is, stop trying to be cool, and get a laugh from the children who support you. Stop trying to be the “popular” guy with the brain dead ideologues that think you’re just peachy. Those who oppose you are growing in number, and standing up. Moderates are retreating from your side rapidly, as they quickly realize you are a certified wing nut with nothing more than the gift of gab akin to Jim Jones, Jeremiah Wright, and Malcolm X.

Put another way- shut up. Stop talking. Start doing. Sure, you can give a flowery speech or make your lemmings chuckle in response to your contemptuous rhetoric, but can you DO anything? Can you actually get something done? Can you stop making the easy promises, and actually make some of them happen? Personally, I thank God you have been ineffective. But good gravy, man… you have not accomplished anything substantial to help the average Joe (yes, even those that are plumbers).

Instead, you tell us about the things that did not happen because of Barry. You tell us how you “inherited” problems. I have recognized a pattern here though- every time you are put to task about why this that or the other has not happened, you always tell us the story about how you “inherited” something.

While Barry cannot give us a long list of what he has accomplished, he can tell us a list of things that did NOT happen. We didn’t keep unemployment BELOW 8 percent, as promised, nor did we actually CREATE thousands of jobs- but he does tell us about jobs we DIDN’T lose because of the stimulus he rushed through. The economy doesn’t appear to be recovering as promised, but, hey- we DID avoid a sure fire depression, according to him.

Other things that have NOT happened since Obama came to office:

1. Well, GITMO is not closed, because he speaks before he knows all the details… BUT, I suppose he could spin it as we haven’t increased the amount of detainees. We also have not released them into the public. Good job Barry.

2. He has not restored America’s image internationally, as promised- but, hey- at least he hasn’t made them MORE mad. And, he learned to bow in the process.

3. He has not addressed Iran and nuclear weapons. But, hey- at least he did not actually sit down with Ahmdinejad as he said he was going to. And heck, Israel is still there. Isn’t that kind of like “not losing more jobs than we would have”?

4. Comets have not struck the earth.

5. The leaning tower of Pisa has not fallen. But, it would be leaning more if Barry had not been elected. Surely.

6. The dinosaurs have not come back. (But, some terror attacks have…)

Thanks Barry.

Here is what is happening. Barry is focused on his agenda items, more than he is on the agenda items of the common man. He justifies that by citing that his agenda items are necessary in order to improve life for the common man.

For example:

• We must have health care reform. Not because it will grow the power of the left politically, by instituting more bureaucracies and government workers, as well as those who will be beholden to the government by being put on government run healthcare (the government “tit”)- but rather because if we don’t do anything, the economy will collapse. Hurry hurry rush rush… sound familiar?

• We must have Cap and Trade on carbon emissions. Not because it will slow industry, destroy capitalism’s power worldwide, and force the creation of a market for green energy because it will punitively hogtie more traditional forms of energy, thereby increasing the cost of EVERYTHING— but because it will help create jobs. Yeah… Riiiiiiight. Sound familiar?

This week I heard, not for the first time, that Barry thinks only of one thing. The economy. Then, a minute later, jobs and job creation. Then, a minute later, the terror. That concerns me. One, because he is transparently pandering, but also because is he not telling the truth, in my opinion. Because he also has his mind on punishing banks (DOW down 200- thanks, dipstick), giving tax breaks to Unions, kickbacks to Senators that will vote in his health care, closed door meetings, partisan attacks on opponents, ostracizing all who oppose him- including some elements of the media.

Right now, and since he has come into office, Barry has spent way too much time thinking about things that he should NOT be thinking about. While he will state that he prevented a depression, he spends time on health care reform. While he has seen three or more either successful or attempted terror attacks on this country, he has time, apparently, for Cap and Trade.

Isn’t this a lot like shopping for a new Mercedes, while one is on food stamps? Oh wait- no wonder Dems don’t see a problem with that… many of them live that way.

Aren’t the taxes required, and the burdens on Americans as a result of his Beverly Hills style programs, a lot more than our current economy can handle? Doesn’t he SEE this? Or is it that he just doesn’t care… because, there is no time like the present, with the control that the democrats have in congress, to try to take advantage of America?

As Rahm Emanuel said, “Never let a good crisis go to waste…” Wow… that is just pathetically disgusting, politically diabolical, and obtusely cynical and manipulative.

Barry. Get off your agenda, and get on America’s. Jobs. Economy. International and National Security. Put your other wishes aside, and put these matters first, without putting your political spin into the legislation.

Or ,we will put all of your liberal friends aside, and find someone who can keep their eye on the ball, instead of on their ideology. In fact, I think we are going to do that anyway…
