Obama’s Cries “Uncle”
Obama recently stated that his Uncle (or someraig. Uncle) liberated prisoners in Auschwitz, and then subsequently came home and sat in an attic for 6 months.
Apparently Obama’s Uncle was a Russian (sarcasm), as the US troops never even saw Auschwitz. (Auschwitz was liberated by the Russian Army.) And to add insult to injury to this audacious attempt to try to sound as though one has “gravitas” because one has relatives who “did something important “, this Harvard Grad-idiot would have you believe the following:
“I cannot get my own family history correct. I can’t get US history correct. But I want you to elect me President, so I can make decisions based on both my family history, and on my understanding of US history…”
Harvard Grad? Best of the Left? Wow… Damn scary…
Hillary Kills a Kennedy
Ok. I don’t care for Hillary. I don’t think she has any place in high Government. But I have to say that the press and others have gone to town on an issue that really makes no sense to me.
Clinton stated in a recent interview, in defense of her being adamant about staying in the race until the last moment, that her husband had not won the nomination until June, and that Robert Kennedy was also killed in June.
As much as I hate to defend a Clinton, I think she has been given a bogus hit here. All she was saying was, it isn’t over until it is over, and sometimes things change (people get killed, even…)
Many wanted to paint her as exhibiting wishful thinking, that Obama might find a bullet. I find this preposterous, even as much as I loathe the “Crap Senator from New York”.
Ron Paul - A Quitter Never Wins
Yup. He’s still in it. His wide eyed whiny voiced wiry body tried very hard to tell the story of a hopeful future of making Paulite’s happy with his nomination, or even the fact that he is still in the running.
I have stated that I like Paul’s out-of-party approach to many issues. I like that he has a chance to be heard. I like that he gets a lot of attention. All of these points make me “like” that Ron Paul is in the race, in the past. The reason why is, it makes me think of the man as an example of our American democratic ideals.
Note that I said, I like that he was in the race in the PAST. Well, he is not done, and insists he is still keeping it alive.
I have run into a lot of freak jobs in dealing with Paulites. I mean, really freaky dang out there weirdos. Not only are they weird, they are also just flat out militant, some of them.
So- my thoughts on Paul are - “Stay in all you want. Just keep the freaks on your farm.”
Revisit The Past
Right now, many of you are feeling the pinch of harsh energy prices. I have written an article in the past about how greenies and lefties have created legislation and positions in congress that make it impossible to quickly address our energy issues in this Country. In addition to that, they can also be tied to oil war blood.
Nuclear technology, which is not being utilized in any manner that will make a difference in this country, is so far on the back burner it is irresponsible. The nuclear technology of today is not the technology of yesterday, which caused Three Mile Island or Chernobyl.
Wind energy is somewhat of a timid yet very clean approach that could provide, as a PART of a larger energy plan, an acceptable form of energy for out Country. However, the places that have wind often are near water. And even Ted Kennedy is opposing wind power hear his home on behalf of himself and his constituents. Wind energy? Not on MY scenic landscape…
Solar: Nightmare. Excepting the roofs of buildings, which is acceptable to most, the use of solar power, at least in a terrestrial manner, is VERY objectionable when it comes to environmentalists. For example, to power a large US city, we would have to PAVE much of many deserts with solar panels. In those same deserts, you have protected species. And you will also have many unintended consequences when you pave the desert with solar panels, just as we have when we dammed up major rivers for hydroelectric.
The POINT is, if you are trying to insist that saving animals and some plants is a priority, you won’t save this country’s way of life and the freedom to be free.
Energy- the blood on your hands is green
Barack Obama: Pull out of Iraq
Obama’s last visit to Iraq?

2 and 1/3rd years ago.
Making his decisions based on…..??? What?
Scott McClellan - Who?
Former White House Spokesman Scott McClellan has written a book. According to those who know Scott, it does not sound a lot like him. Seems as though he is taking a stance that is very much critical of the same administration that he once vociferously supported.
And I should care, um, why?
This man was a caustic poor communicator that never should have even HAD the job he had. He put as bad a face on the Bush Administration as that damn “Mission Accomplished” sign did. This man could not sell sun to eskimos. It is amazing to me that he was ever given the job in the first place.
Larry Craig
Guess what? Larry Craig, mister bathroom sex, is writing a book too! I can’t wait. It surely will be as impressive and important as McClellan’s book.
Californication:
Legalized Gay Marriage. June 17th.
Larry Craig is moving to California, I think.
More on California later…
