[...] Conservative Oasis adds: Still, I am going to stay on the point that I think is the most important here: the Union’s need to make MAJOR concessions for the auto industry to succeed. They and their members need to lower their negotiated wages to better reflect what the “world” is willing to do the work for. Anything short of that will be nothing but a postponing of the failure of the industry, as it is currently structured. If you enjoyed this post, we would love it if you responded on your own blog, commented below, shared this with a friend, or subscribed for more updates. Thanks for reading. [...]

Here's my problem with all these Republican Senators - why didn't they stand up and BAN the $700 billion dollar bailout plan?

What gives Congress the right to give $85 billion to AIG but nothing to Detroit's Big 3 automakers?

I'm sick and tired of the government playing Robin Hood with taxpayers money. The government is nothing more than a parasite to the host - and if the parasite gets bigger than the host - everyone dies.

That's currently what we're up against.

True conservatives want peace, prosperity and freedom.

After all, "Freedom is popular."

I saw you left a comment on the Top Conservatives on Twitter site, with a few questions. I'll try my hand at answering them:

An easy way to follow the TCOT list is to follow @followtcot and then use that "following" list as an easy and quick way to follow everyone

Use search.twitter.com and enter #TCOT to see all tweets showing that hashtag by our group

Use hashtag #diggcons to submit URL's to articles you'd like dugg by our group. And finally, engage engage engage. The more our group gets to know you the more they want to help

Great site by the way, I've subscribed

I was so happy when the Republicans finally stood up for capitalism last night. Then I was a bit saddened to see the White House give in after the UAW was unwilling to.
